Sponsor a scarf for Ukraine
ReKnitted, a student-led enterprise run by L6th students.
Our mission is to transform waste into purposeful fashion by creating scarves from recycled polyester plastic bottles.
The 24th of Feruary marks the fourth anniversary of the beginning of the war in Ukraine. Throughout the four years of conflict, many individuals and families continue to endure unbearable hardship, facing brutal winter conditions with temperatures plummeting to -19°C and below.
ReKnitted produce sustainable, cosy and fashionable scarves. As young people privileged enough to pursue our education in safety and comfort, we hope to gather support from the Woldingham community to give support to those suffering by sponsoring ReKnitted scarves that we will send to Ukraine to provide warmth to those who need it most during these times.
We would be deeply grateful for your support in our quest by sponsoring a scarf and / or making a donation to this campaign.
This will enable us to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those enduring such difficult circumstances and provide essential warmth and hope to people who continue to face bitterly cold temperatures each day.
Please click here to sponsor a scarf or make a donation by Friday 27 February.
Scarves will be sent to Ukraine via our partner charity https://www.facebook.com/WhiteEagleUkraineAppeal
