WPSA’s annual quiz was, once again, a resounding success with stretching questions, conundrums and puzzles to tax brains as well as entertain. Congratulations to the winning table (pictured below) comprising Year 7 parents.
The final jeopardy round was particularly challenging and helped determine the final winner. Quizzers risked losing all the marks for the whole section if they got just one answer wrong (the country with three prime ministers in one year including Christopher Luxon was just one of the tricky questions – the answer being New Zealand - and the final question, a country starting with the letter S which has the largest population – the answer South Africa). It really was all or nothing in the end.
Thank you to WPSA for organising a fantastic evening – time to start swotting up ready for next year.
