We were delighted to welcome alumnae, parents, grandparents and staff for the inaugural Woldingham Wine Club dinner on Friday 10 May.

Hosted in the exclusive Cork Room at Squerryes Winery in Westerham, guests received a warm welcome from Emma Hull, Squerryes' Wine and Membership Manager and Woldingham alumna (class of 2003).

Squerryes are the only English wine estate to have won a gold medal for 6 consecutive vintages in the World Championship of Champagne and Sparkling Wine, and will be working in partnership with Woldingham Vines Ltd to produce sparkling wine from the Woldingham vines, with profits supporting the Woldingham School bursary fund.

Guests enjoyed a glass of Squerryes fizz and canapes overlooking the vineyard before moving inside for a delicious 3 course dinner from Squerryes AA two rosette award-winning restaurant, with paired wines selected by Master of Wine, Laura Evans.

It was a wonderful evening and the perfect start to the weekend.
