Parents, grandparents, alumnae and staff enjoyed a relaxing social and creative afternoon making beautiful floral masterpieces on Friday 10 June. The Summer Floral Workshop was a fantastic opportunity to gain new skills learning how to prepare and arrange flowers and foliage to create a three tiered ‘afternoon tea’ display, complete with cupcake style flowers.
With special guest teacher and former member of staff Judy Brown leading the session, stunning individually styled cascading arrangements were created using antique coloured roses. Accompanied by soothing summer music and a glass of sparkling fizz, it was the perfect start to the weekend.
