Parents and staff enjoyed coming together for a fun and informative evening at our Champagne Classics tasting event on Monday 3 October in the Stephens Room. 

With guidance from our guest wine expert for the evening from the Kent Wine School, we learnt the history of champagne and how best to serve it, whilst tasting a range of styles, including vintage, rose, blanc de blancs and blanc de noirs.

As the evening finished with a final vote on our favourite champagne, we left with a greater knowledge, whilst looking forward to exploring even more at the next wine club event.
