On Tuesday 6 December parents and staff enjoyed a fun festive evening baking 180 canapes as part of our 180th Anninversay themed challenges.
Our fantastic guest cookery expert, Katharine Eleridge from the Quince House Cookery School, led the virtual Christmas Canapes Bake Along as we joined together virtually from our own kitchens to create culinary masterpieces.
With a seasonal theme, we created festive party canapes, including Lebanese lamb koftas with tzatziki, tomato tart tatins and spicy prawn filos.
It was a wonderful creative evening of baking together. We surpassed our 180 canapes goal and finished the session with some delicious food baked to impress and enjoy with friends and family at Christmas.
